  • 彻底卸载 Autodesk 软件

    Uninstall Autodesk software:

    1. Search “Uninstall Tool” on the Windows Start button.

    2. Open the uninstall tool and select all the Autodesk software and remove them.

    Note:  The Uninstall Tool is only available for Autodesk software that is not using the new Installation Experience. If the uninstall tool is not installed on your system, skip to Step 3. If the uninstall tool is installed, proceed with step 3 after removing all products with the uninstall tool to verify there are no Autodesk products which use the new installation experience showing in the control panel.

    2. In the control panel uninstall all Autodesk software except the Autodesk Genuine Service.

    7. Download Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter.

    9. Check and remove any residual Autodesk software “except for the Autodesk Genuine Service”. If there is more than one entry found the tool will need to be restarted.

    Note: The Autodesk Genuine service needs to be uninstalled after all Autodesk software, files and folders, and registry keys are deleted.

    Remove Autodesk files and folders:

    1. Click the Windows logo at the bottom left of your screen and type %temp% then pressENTER to open the Temp folder.

    2. Inside the Temp folder select all the files and delete them, skip any file that can not be deleted.

    • 第三方杀毒或安全软件干扰；
    • 系统分区空间不足。

    🧰 二、基础检查步骤

    1. 释放磁盘空间
      • 确保系统盘（C盘）至少留有 25GB 可用空间。

    2. 断开所有外设

    🧩 四、清理 Windows 更新缓存

    有时旧的更新缓存会导致新版本无法安装。

    1. 打开 CMD（管理员）并依次执行：
    net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
    1. 打开文件夹：
      C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
    2. 删除该文件夹下的所有内容。
    3. 再次执行：
    net start wuauserv
net start bits

    然后重新检查更新。

    🧱 五、使用离线更新包（推荐）

    如果你多次在线更新失败，可以尝试手动安装该版本的离线包：

    1. 前往微软官方 UUP Dump 网站：
      🔗 https://uupdump.net/
    2. 搜索：26220.7051
    3. 下载对应架构的 Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26220.7051 包（x64 或 ARM64）。
    4. 使用其生成的 ISO 安装包，通过“就地升级”方式安装：
      • 右键 ISO → 装载；
      • 运行 setup.exe；
      • 选择“保留个人文件和应用”。

    若依然失败，可查看安装日志：

    1. 运行 SFC 和 DISM；
    2. 更新驱动；
